Are your products clean and non-toxic?
Absolutely. Every ingredient is hand-selected with intention—free from harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and anything that doesn’t serve your skin, soul, or space. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, it doesn’t make the cut.
Is your skincare suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes—our Glow Elixir and Root Ritual are crafted with calming botanicals and minimal, intentional ingredients. Always patch test first if you’re extra sensitive.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 7 oz candles offer approximately 40–45 hours of burn time with proper wick trimming and burn care. It’s all about the ritual, not the rush.
Do your products have a shelf life?
Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives, most products are best used within 9–12 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry space to preserve their magic.
SHIPPING & ORDERS
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package leaves our studio. Please allow a little extra love + patience during busy seasons or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand soon. Sign up for emails to stay in the loop.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If something arrives broken or not quite right, please reach out to us at orders@skinsoulrituals.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—rituals should never start with stress.
Can I update or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to get your rituals to you fast, but we’ll do our best! Contact us at orders@skinsoulrituals.com ASAP and we’ll try to catch it in time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare and self-care goods, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. That said, your satisfaction matters—email us with concerns.
My address was wrong—what do I do?
Please double-check your shipping info before checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us right away. If the order has already shipped, we can’t reroute it, but we’ll work with you on a solution.
